User privacy is extremely important to us here at Oueve. We are dedicated to transparency and ensuring that your data stays with you.
We do not collect your water consumption data, notifications information, location information, and personal information. All data that is tracked by the app is recorded and kept on the app. Users can opt-in to send their data for diagnostics purposes through Settings -> About -> Send Logs. This is a one-time action and will only send data up to the point that the data is sent. The data that is sent includes all water consumption data, notifications settings, settings, water presets, and temporary information.
To remove data that has been sent through diagnostics, please email oueveios@gmail.com and all data sent will be promptly removed.
Oueve Assistant uses your location to determine changes in the altitude and adjust your recommendation. This feature uses only the altitude aspect to create a base point and determine changes from that point. A base point is collected and is stored on-device. This data point is not sent through diagnostics. To enable or disable this feature, you can access this Setting through Settings -> Location.
